Questions we hear most often
Does Advizo record my meetings?
No. Advizo does not record your meeting. It listens only to help you answer while the conversation is happening.
Does audio leave my Mac?
Only as needed to produce your suggestions. We do not keep a recording of your meeting.
Does it work with Zoom, Google Meet and Teams?
Yes. Advizo hears your meeting audio, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and anything else that plays sound. No bot joins the call.
Does it work with other meeting apps?
If an app plays sound on your Mac, Advizo can hear it. The other participants don’t need Advizo or install anything.
How does Advizo know when someone is asking me a question?
It follows the conversation as it happens and recognises when a question is directed at you — then it drafts a short answer.
Can other people see that I’m using Advizo?
No. Advizo is not a participant in the call, so there is no “joined” notice and the suggestions stay on your Mac. The floating window is private when you share a single window or app — sharing your entire screen can expose it. Advizo never takes focus from the meeting.
Does Advizo produce post-meeting summaries?
No. Advizo helps during the conversation, not after it — it does not produce a summary.
Does it need an internet connection?
Yes. Advizo needs an internet connection to generate suggestions.
How much does it cost?

Will there be a Windows version?
